libgtkspellmm-3.0-dev software package provides C++ wrapper library for GtkSpell (development files), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgtkspellmm-3.0-dev
libgtkspellmm-3.0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgtkspellmm-3.0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgtkspellmm-3.0-dev *
You will get with libgtkspellmm-3.0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
